Amanda combines her extensive background in public service, customer relations, financial services, and retail management to bring a one-of-a-kind experience to Jacksonville.
Throughout her career, Amanda has managed high-level operations in both the public and private sectors—including positions in the financial industry, where attention to detail, client trust, and efficiency were essential. Amanda’s time in retail management sharpened her skills in team leadership, merchandise planning, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. She also served in public service, where she coordinated major community events, built strong partnerships with local organizations, and provided compassionate, results-driven customer support.

Heather brings over 25 years of experience in pet retail, customer service, team management, and animal rescue. She has overseen store operations, employee development, community outreach events, and animal adoption partnerships—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the business and heart behind animal welfare.
Heather has fostered relationships with local shelters, managed hundreds of in-store adoptions, and developed a strong sense of what pet lovers want in a welcoming, animal-friendly space. Inspired by her passion for feline welfare and community connection, Heather is launching 904 Purr and Pour Lounge to blend her deep love for cats with her expertise in customer service, team leadership, and retail operations.
